      I feel like this is the same thing that is going to happen to Boots' 120 day IBF mandatory, Ennis might even end up fighting Ortiz depending on how long Stanionis' recovery takes.

          Frank Warren has as much influence over the IBF as Eddie Hearn. Which is to say, ZERO.

          The IBF do everything by the book and the book says the WBA HW mandatory is due before the IBF. It's as simple as that, no need for any imaginary behind the scenes chess drama.
