Going to be a good fight weekend. There's also a bare knuckle Muay Thai fight between Saenchai and Buakaw that day. If you know the names, you know the level of fight that's going to be.

The sanctioning bodies suck at ranking. They ought to rank the other organizations champions as the #1, in order of mandatory rotation, and assign the rest of the rankings by something like Ring or something similar. Kinda disgraceful to have Chukadzian as #2.

Brook was touching Spence with a bad eye, Spence couldn't get out a fat Mikey Garcia, goes round for round with wide punching football player Porter. Haymon is moving mandatories and having them fight each other for a reason. He is not going to stop Ortiz and Ortiz and even Ennis will have more steam on their punches than anyone he has fought in a while. That Arlington Ortiz fight is a fantasy. Ortiz won't have worry about switching and complexity of Crawford as Oscar stated on vid, is bigger with more power and also an above avg body puncher. Stanley will take a knee at least once from a body shot. Count on it. They aren't risking Spence in a fight with Ortiz/Ennis. He should have just fought Stanley. That would have killed all of his mandos for another 2 years. IBF could wait for 5 year, LOL. Now they are force to call Ennis 120 days after the flute fight because they know the flute player is a fraud fight.

More like Kell Brook was the champion and Spence came in and broke his other eye socket, Porter was the champion in his prime, and Spence fought him toe to toe, which he didn't have to, but he did because Shawn claimed to have more dog in him before the fight.

So, Errol proved that he could fight Porter's style of fighting and still took his strap. Mikey said he saw something that gave him confidence that he could outbox Spence, so Errol proceeded and gave him a masterclass of boxing, embarrassing him for 12 rounds without going for the KO; the humiliation was much worse than a KO.

Vergil is not on the same level as Spence in boxing, technical skills, athleticism, ring IQ, especially not defensive skills, or any other attributes except dog. Ortiz has some dog in him, but limits it to the one style he knows. Spence would destroy him, and he might never be the same. I don't think that Ortiz beats Stanionis, but if he does, The Big Fish will break him.

Oh, I haven't gone anywhere, Stanionis is going to do what Ortiz does, but much better. Once he starts backing Vergil up, Ortiz will go for broke to get back on the front foot and Stanionis will turn up the beats with extra bass, and Ortiz will be on the other side of the KO.

Props to Ortiz, it is quite unheard of that the bigger draw is willing to settle for 25% of the purse to make the fight happen. He will likely pull off a statement by putting a breakout performance having more advantages over stan than vice versa such as being technically superior and having more firepower.

Plus as the bigger name he has more connections to prepare against Stan in camp. Prior to getting sick with rhabdomyolysis, Ortiz had sparred with top contenders such as Madrimov, Butaev, Adames, Castano and etc.

If Stanionis wins, he deserves the credit he is due but I see the odds of 65/35 in favor of Vergil.
