Why does Loma get more credit for winning a UD over Campbell (Gold medal winner) than Tank does for stopping Gamboa (Gold medal winner)?

He wouldn't be wrong if he went there. Loma is the closest thing people have to a great white hope. People overlook his shoddy resume and terrible losses because of the color of his skin. How is this dude still on the p4p list? It's his complexion.Comment

Loma is one of the most hated guys in this forum. So you're just making **** up. And wasn't Rigo kept bugging Loma to fight him at a catchweight and when he refused, you clowns accused him of ducking Rigo? Why did you skip that part?Comment

A majority of Nsb were positive that Rigo was going to take Loma to school, I told them scrubs that Loma was too big and strong for him but they didn't want to hear it. After Rigo quit his nut huggers disappeared and went slient.Comment

Absolutely no nuance in your posts whatsoever. Gamboa was washed up, had an achilles tear, and it still went 11 rounds. Pedraza is Tank's only credible win - the only top 5 opponent he beat. I don't recall anyone saying it was a bad win. Rigo fight was not held in high regard - even Loma himself said it wasn't meaningful because of the size. Tank was getting outboxed by Santa Cruz who he dragged up in weight. And Rigo is 100% going into the hall of fame. Santa Cruz blatantly ducked Rigo all those years.Comment

Who said Loma is getting more credit? I agree the Loma hype-train was disgusting. He can scrap but Arum really spread it thick. Also as noted the Gamboa injury coupled with his “buy before” date plays a huge role. I guess they will simply need to get it on to find out who gets “credit”.Comment
