Gamboa was ~13 years older than Davis, past his prime, smaller guy who had lots of injuries. Tank was expected to win the fight comfortably
Loma vs Luke fight was much more competitive due to both in prime, Loma is smaller guy on every record with 3 or 4 fight in this weight, which we all know he is strangling due to obvious reasons.

If you wanted to trash Loma you should have picked Rigo fight, where Rigo was older and weighted 5-6 pounds less(had reach advantage btw). Hmmm, makes no sense that ANYONE would think beating a man with a torn Achilles was impressive. Any of todays young girls would have quit the second they injured it.
Gamboa was also FAR PAST HIS PRIME. He was fighting a few weight classes above his TRUE fighting weight. He hadn’t looked good in years at that time. Should have retired years ago. He was once a damn good fighter.
