I have to agree with you. Some people think it's just a matter of mentioning it and voila, problem solved. Everyone is different and maybe Joshua just doesn't have what it takes and that's ok. Ultimately he has done better than 99% of the fighters in this sport and for some people it's just not enough

I just think it's funny that everyone recognizes AJ needs to fight differently. Do this, do that, learn how to fight.

Three trainers in as many fights spell trouble , for a boxer his age and stage it's like they are trying to find a formula that doesn't exist. Well beaten but coming off arguably his career best performance he's looking for a warm up fight? This has turned in to a con but I'm not sure anymore who's being conned! They seem to have lost the plot.

I don’t think it’s funny at all. When one of the greatest champions in heavyweight history says you need to adjust fire, then adjust fire

In before Joshua says Holyfield isn't qualified to tell him how to fight (like he did Jones).

You can have all the trainers in the world, but you actually have to be willing and able to make changes. That's progressively harder as boxers get further in their careers. Imagine if Deontay Wilder could actually learn to do more than just rely on a right hand... Never going to happen. It's easy to say what people should do differently, but way harder actually to do it.

Joshua isn’t skilled enough nor does he have the stamina to fire off combos and box with the type of technique someone like Holyfield had.

You’re right, I think he was referring to amateur great heavyweight Teofilo Stevenson, who was similar in stature to Joshua and had a jackhammer jab.

AJ has achieved an enormous amount as an amateur & a Pro. It maybe hasn't worked out quite as he wanted but he has nothing to be ashamed of. & probably his biggest mistake has been his management team. If he'd fought Deontay when that fight was ready .... but ifs & buts don't mean nuts.

Hire Bozy Ennis, or Ann Wolfe or retire.
