My personal opinion he’s currently a mid-level atg. About level with Oscar

Mid......had he become undisputed at 160, then followed it up at 168, there wouldve been no question

Regardless if you consider him High, Mid, or Low, he is still an All Time Great no question. The rest is matter of opinion. One think you cant doubt is there is no other boxer doing what he is doing in boxing now (e.g. jumping weight classes, fighting champions back to back, undisputed, etc.)

He is not any type of ATG in terms of in ring ability, just looks good on paper thanks to biased judging and cherry picking. He won 3 of his 4 168 belts from two UK domestic fighters, then 1 decent fighter in Plant. Been dominated twice in his prime, his best legit win is probably Plant.
