Stevenson would be the clear favorite but I’d like to see how Frank would fare. I’d expect Stevenson to do what Rivera couldn’t, he match Frank’s speed and counter the heck out of him.

Depends on Shakur's power translating well moving up to keep Frank at bay. Martin has displayed sufficient boxing ability to make it competitive yesterday when he overwhelmed a top lightweight contender. Both fighter's physical prowess will be the determining factor.
