Speaking facts, Boots is one yr younger than Munguia but seems to be heading the same direction career wise by fighting nothing but bums. Ennis will be 26 next yr and his best win will still be a career 140 lbs. in Lipinets, C’mon. Enough excuses already kid shouldn’t be fighting a Karen @ this stage in his career. I mean Vergil younger and fighting a contender next in Stanionis. While other young guns like Ryan fighting Tank next yr and Haney fighting Loma next.
Is Boots Ennis the black version of Jaime Munguia?

People's careers advance at different rates. You should be focusing on your boy Dusty Hernandez Harrison whose been a pro for 10 years, not Ennis. -
Fighters such as Errol Spence and Naoya Inoue got big fights at their late twenties. Though who knows how he his career will be like, Ennis could probably turn out like Jermall Charlo or Demetrius Andrade.
Jaime's career so far has been a disappointment, but at least he had a decent run at 154 becoming the WBO world champion at 21 years old beating the likes of Liam Smith and Sadam Ali. Ducking Janibek is inexcusable though, more so when he looked plenty beatable in his last bout.Last edited by Malvado; 12-13-2022, 03:30 AM.Comment

There's no doubt that Jaime Munguia is one of the hottest prospects in boxing today.
Boots Ennis, on the other hand, is also undefeated and one of the most blindingly quick punchers in the game today.
Ennis is considered one of the top prospects in the welterweight division, that’s for sure.
So, is Boots Ennis the black version of Jaime Munguia? There are certainly some similarities between the two young fighters. Both are undefeated, both are considered top prospects in their respective divisions, and both have scored impressive wins over former world champions.
However, there are also some significant differences between the two. For one, Munguia is a middleweight while Ennis is a welterweight. Additionally, Munguia is Mexican while Ennis is an African American.
At the end of the day, it's up to the individual to decide if they believe Boots Ennis is the black version of Jaime Munguia. There's no right or wrong answer, but it's certainly an interesting question to consider.Last edited by Ghost Jab; 12-13-2022, 12:38 PM.Comment

is that attitude right there why Boots will never seek to improve his competition when he sees his fans don’t give a **** if he fights another Uber driver 30 plus fights into his career and dude’s level of opponents has gotten worse.Comment

Yeah, I really don't know why those fights can't happen for Ennis. It's almost like they're intentionally cherrypicking fights. Kavaliauskas, for example, just made an impressive come back right on the PBC platform recently. Butaev's fight with Stanionis was not like a one-sided domination by the split-decision winner. And their fight was on PBC as well. Why team Ennis chose another Karen is beyond comprehensible.Comment
