David is a decent fringe contender nothing more .Impressed by the way Bud finished it but it doesn't say much Bud brags about being the best fighter in the world but getting hit so much by a guy he said was many levels bellow don't cut it. SRL , Duran and Hearns would have eaten him alive and I think if he ever finds the balls to fight Spence he'll do the same.

An aging, over the hill win against ol man Manny who, unfortunately, is way past his prime. Loved Ugas’s piñata defense against Spence. Even with the money accounting dispute, Bud should have signed on for the Spence fight and set terms for a second fight. Bud is still one of the greatest fighters I’ve ever seen in the history of boxing. A commanding ring presence, a great chin and the ability to solve and break down any fighter. Hahahahahahahahahahaha tommy hearns would get knocked out by dud duckford? Ur more delusional than dud himself. Hearn won titles from WW to LHW a 5 weight world champion. Dud is a 3 weight champion and has never fought the top fighter in any of those divisions. Don’t ever mention his name in the same breath as hearns. Ones a legend ones a can crusher. I have been a Bud admirer from the early days going on ten years. I just don't see how Hearns at welterweight with his power that KO'd Duran (who'd hardly been down let alone ko'd in his previous 70 fights to that fight ) would not get through and stop a fighter that was all over the place and very nearly stopped by Gamboa at light weight .Bud is a great fighter but wouldn't you like him to prove he's the best welterweight by fighting Spence or at least 'Boots' ?
