Hahahaha u don’t know what ur talking about ennis is signed to showtime not PBC and thurman just got mandated to be the next mandatory. When ur a unified champion u have to defend the belts in order pertaining to mandatories. WBC had the next in line and made thurman the #1 contender. Learn boxing before u speak lol

Where are the promoters? Why not make the best fights? Politics in boxing as bad as US politics.

I think Bud missed a trick here. It's a real shame because his skills and ability are undeniable, but damn man, challenge yourself ffs...
All true but I think the frustrating thing with Bud is although it's a monstrous amount of money against a low risk opponent , Bud gives the impression that he no longer needs to prove himself...when really it is the time.

Say what you will about Avanesyan but I still think he’s better and more in form than most of Bud’s 147 opponents

This kid won't be fighting any big names anytime soon.

Doesn't fully have the right affiliations to make them happen and even if he did, most still wouldn't fight him and most major promoters are maneuvering their fighters out of risky fights anyway.

He'll pick up that vacant IBF after "The Big Drunk" does what daddy Al tells him: fight Thurman, lie some more about they tried to make the Crawford fight, throw in an "I can't make the weight anymore" excuse blah blah blah then vacate all his belts and move up.

Ennis must relialized he will get his ass whoop by Crawford and Crawford won't earn that much recognition at this time. PEnnis need to prove his worth by fighting better contender and not peddlers/grab drivers...

It's the truth, these guys are signed with Haymon, why won't his guys fight each other? I think it's very fair to ask, considering those fights should be easy to make.

Lol. These fighters with no autonomy should just stop talking. They don’t even see the offers that their management turn down.

Mike left out the part that Hooker likely fights on DAZN, but the tweet is designed to imply Ennis ducked Hooker which is absolutely preposterous
