Franklin won that there. Better shots. Foiled a lot of what Whyte tried to do (avoided a lot of uppercuts, rolled with a lot of body shots, good defense, active puncher, and answered most of Whyte's shots with more of his own) And White generally looked sluggish from jumpstreet.

But i knew they would give it to whyte, based on how the biased announcers were talking about how Whyte was "playing with him". As if not knowing how to answer Franklin or avoid his aggression was all part of Whytes mater plan. Ha ha

This is why Whyte pushed that obnoxious American smack. The home town edge, the empathy points. Them vs us. I'm not sure he needed the vitriol, those English officials suck anyway. Ask Fury.

Didn’t give him 8 rounds, but clearly no one could give Franklin 8. You musta got a hard on for those b*tch **** on Franklin. Seeing him flail pitty patty punches in the final 15 seconds of every round and have those **** flop around must’ve gave ya a hard on.

You mean the same ******* Whyte had? You sound like a classic British ***** who watched one of his heroes look like trash haha. Sucks that Whyte was getting pasted up by someone much faster than him you never mentioned anything about Ruiz because you know he would demolish that pea head juicer.

The British judges gave Whyte 8 rounds on 2 cards. Classic robbery it's common in the UK though just look at Barrett-Martinez and Ritson-Vazquez.

The difference in quality between this fight and the likes of Usyk v AJ and Joyce’s performance v Parker a few months back are night and day.
Yes he looked laboured throughout the fight. He's had a ton of wars and was never the best fighter he is probably doing a slow fade from now on.

Certainly not the statement win Whyte needed to stay relevant in the heavyweight division.

Thought Whyte would take him out. If anything Franklin may have put himself in the tough journeyman class like Hammer, Kingpin, Forrest & Wach. He should be able to get a few more decent fights if he stays in reasonable shape in between fights.

Good fight. Thought it was extremely close with Franklin edging it. Whyte looks incredibly shopworn but that was the best I've seen Franklin perform. DAZN's UK commentary crew was dreadful, their observations weren't reflecting the reality of what was going on in the ring.
