No clue. All I know is Haymon Passing up paydays for his guys is nothing new. But sending out Hitmen for belts like Andy Ruiz, Castano, John Molina, Felix Diaz, Browne, etc etc is common for PBC. A non-PBC guy challenging a PBC champion is what’s rare.
