How doesn't he deserve it, he's ranked second in the WBC, he's actually ranked higher than Shakur at the moment, and he's been on a tear. He has won every fight, with the exception of a loss early in his career, besides Tank. I would say that he deserves just about anyone in the division besides Haney.

Yeah right, I guess if you're partial to guys that fight in Mexico for the Mexican belts for their entire career, knocking out tomato cans and garbage men that you can't even look up to build his resume until 2021. Oh, and once he comes to the US in 2021 continues with same quality of opponents until he finally beats a blown up 130 lber in Diaz, who even says that he should be fighting at 130, and now you choose to look at him as some great fighter. Have at it, the last fighter that he faced before Diaz was 32-11.

The announcement has been posted for weeks and still not a peep from the PBC side. So fight is not happening. Clear as day.
