This should have been done way back in feb when the war started. Now they allowed russian boxers to base themselves in other countries, take citizenship over there and pretend that they are from another country. WBC allowed them ample time to change their status.

The WBC is effectively saying, "We are opposed to Russia's oppression of the Ukrainian people. Therefore we will oppress Russians." It's the same kind of logic that leads people to believe that to end racism and sexism you have to be racist and sexist. It's the insanity of "the ends justifies the means."
