Bivol's resume is very good for today's standards.

    - Sullivan Barrera
    - Joe Smith Jr.
    - Canelo Alvarez
    - Gilberto Ramirez

His all wins are legitimate. Barrera, Smith Jr and Zurdo were clearly bigger fighters than him. Canelo was much smaller but was p4p N1 on the planet.

GGGeezer arguably lost to all of his best opponents who are Canelo, Jacobs and Derevyanchenko. His best "legitimate" win is Lemieux or welterweight Brook. If Bivol beats Beterbiev, he is clearly better p4p great than GGGeezer.

      I don't think so.

GGG (rightfully) has 2 wins over a prime-ish Canelo Alvarez and 22 defenses of the MW title.

I know y'all like to discount GGG's resume, but he beat everybody better than everybody else beat everybody, just like Crawford.

Other guys struggled with guys he demolished.

And he has a rightful loss to Dereavychenko

What? Easily and its not even close. GGG has 2 losses to Canelo and best wins are Danny Jacob's and Dev who many say him losing to. Bivil DOMINATED Canelo. That alone is enough

Not only is it better already with less few fights on his resume but Bivol clearly wants to fight the best instead of sitting around for a payday

Golovkin has the longetivity and the resume. Golovkin was beating the top 5 fighters in his weight class just like Bivol but many more of them. Bivol has the official signature win though.
