All they have are girl fights, recycled fights and guys rolling around on the floor, nobody wants to see that. I mean where's the innovation?
Seems I was on the same boat as you.

YES! UFC seems to have More of a connection with a YOUNGER DEMO compared to Boxing. However Boxing as a WHOLE NEVER been that popular, only certain fighters

It is a F^cking Niche Sport but Boxing fans seems to be in complete Denial about that, Boxing use to be more in the Category of like Horse Racing, people literally use to show up to fights, look at the fighters that neither of them know and they would Literally take bets among each other in the Crowd on who wins. Same with Horse Racing and people showing up to the Tracks and Betting on Horses

The World Stopping to watch Ali was An EVENT, Stopping to watch Ray Leonard was an EVENT. Now because of Greed, people are just putting any fight on PPV and that is actually turning casuals away. Why in the HELL would I pay for Wilder vs Helenius when Haney vs Kambosos was on ESPN and it was also I think MLB Playoffs going on as well as College Football

Too many Free Alternatives on top of it now being way too easy for people to find good quality HD quality Links to steal the fight. I remember they use to take Links down, now Links don't even go down no more, I guess they realize it is a Losing Battle trying to stop it

And someone who didnt follow the UFC back when you think it peaked wouldnt know who the top guys were then either. Brock was the only guy everyone knew back then and he was already known before he started MMA.

I'd say yes as far as Boxers vs. MM Artists as individuals. UFC fighters almost have a lil WWE to them which I think attracts more fans.

As a sport though, I don't think boxing hasnt been any more popular with casuals thanks to youtube. There are a lot of boxing gyms opening up and the highest attended classes at UFC gyms are the boxing classes.
