Sounds like the hedge fund guys (Who probably nerver put on a boxing event) would llike to use Al Haymon's expertise in event making, while taking home a lions share of the proceeds provided that they recoup. Hedge fund guys typically dont own boxing promotional companies. Even if they are willing to pay the fighters 25M a piece, how does the offer make buisness sense for PBC/Al Haymon? Especially when Crawford doesnt have a promoter.

Mostly, like yeah. But it still should have and could have been investigated to see whether it was true or not. Would take like a day or two to get proof of funds and then money can be deposited in escrow accounts pre-fight.

PBC does all the promotion and covers their and Showtime costs. They work for a % profit. Realistically they would be putting a cap on their profits in order to get Spence and Crawford a legacy making fight and a huge payday. When Haymon was talking about a cap he was referring to the cap on his profits - not on Spence's and Bud's earnings.

Charlo is fighting Tszyu. Benavidez fought not all that long ago. I don't know why you try and point everything at Pbc its like you must have a fall guy so its always somebody you dislike regardless of what real evidence has surfaced, Id just as soon see the truth than just widely blame Pbc for everything, I don't have a bone to pick with any of them I just want to see the fights.
