Put that court order on VADA testing and VADA don't get near a boxer again. It's a testing plan put in place by the promoters and fighters to protect the fighters against someone who is full of PEDs. It's also, ironically, to give the public confidence that the fighters are taking PED use seriously.

There are many things you can do legally, but this is a case of morals for which boxing severely lacks, as well it’s credibility going down the pan. Promoters and networks only care about the numbers a fight schedule creates. How can you fail a drugs test from a respected testing company and allow a fight to go on? The BBBofC only acted when the 2nd failed test became public, they ignored the 1st failed VADA test back in July as well. There’s no integrity in the sport, too many legal loop holes and the governance is completely divided, so you can keep failing tests and jumping from one organisation to another. Clearly the fighters safety isn’t paramount, even after Eubank Jr still wanted to fight. You can legally kill someone in the ring, the bigger name you are the more rules you can break and bypass because money talks.

They didn't come out as there is no leeway with this. Itspretth clear he was hard-core juicing. It wasn't a tainted supplement it was a woman's fertility drug ffs which men use to start up there balls after cycling. What excuse could they possibly make?

Thats why I want to see what Benn conjures up in his attempts to clear himself. It most likely will be futile but interesting to see what he tries to do, if anything at all with his "investigation".
