If you’re negotiating with a potential new employer and they’re willing to meet your salary demand, but refuse to meet your 401k and PTO requirements. You negotiate with them for months, but they still don’t meet your requirements. Do you then take the job just because you’ve been negotiating for months?Comment

Who’s going to fight Boots? High risk, low reward. Until he makes himself a mandatory you won’t see a top fighter go near him—Bud, and Spence, included.
It’s the basic problem in this era and the main reason boxing needs a major overhaul. Fifty years ago, offers would have been flying off the table.
It will change only when nobody buys more lame PPVs.Comment

Ennis had a no name resume because showtime are keeping him on ice as the next generation star why would they let him beat up thurman and Spence until they got their maximum out of them or they move to 154
Ennis is the next hope for them he won't be thrown in the deep end yet not until their other big fighters have more milage racked upComment

So why is he expecting an offer from Crawford when TC is not with Showtime? Not to mention the idea of TC sending an offer without network affiliation seems ******. How come Ennis is not questioning Showtime for keeping him on the shelves for long periods of time? Why is Ennis getting away with his nonsense?Comment
