The answer is pretty simple, Crawford does not want to fight anyone that poses a threat unless it offers cash out money, again, Crawford does not want to fight anyone that poses a threat unless they offer cash out money. And even then it's like pulling teeth to get him to sign, we just saw that in the Spence negotiations, rumors are that he was offered 10 million plus incentives, which is a career high purse but apparently it wasn't enough, instead he decided to take 2 million and a a easier fight.
