No ****, each fighter's best win is a shot weight drained Kell Brook

Spence vs Crawford has PPV disaster written all over it and that's the reason it won't ever be made by PBC and their broadcast partner.

Spence should link up with Crawford's advisor, Daniel Kinahan and get that blood and drug money before he's captured.

Of course, Hearn is correct. Fight is not huge as some people think it is. You can easily prove this yourself by standing in your street corner and survey every passer-by if they know anything about guys like Spence or Crawford. You don't have to take anyone's word, certainly not Hearn. Try it now.

TC & ES need each other to transcend to the next level.
Crawford hasn’t had opportunities? He’s had numerous he chose to stay with Bob. No one caused him to do that. That’s akin to killing your own parents then crying because you’re an orphan to garner sympathy. I’m not shedding a tear. While Crawford was squandering his opportunities Spence was selling out arenas in Dallas. Crawford has absolutely no one to blame but himself for his career mishaps. He now expects a sum of money that isn’t reality and won’t fight unless he gets it. He’s ruined his career and I don’t feel a bit sorry for him.

The majority who attend the Derby or watch it on TV don't regularly go to the race track or otherwise follow the sport. The same is true for the Indianapolis 500, the Monte Carlo Grand Prix, the Thrilla in Manila, and such. It is not the hardcore fans that make these massive events happen, it is the casuals and people who want to be seen that determine if any particular contest is a big event.
Don't let lemmings run your life mate. Casual sports fans do not determine whether a event is big or not.

They will watch what is put in-front of them. And they will believe what they are told.

That is why those events are big events you have mentioned.

          Nice post anyway regardless.

Why would Crawford leave the guarantees TR offered him for the unknowns PBC fighters fight for? 3.5 mil purses vs 1-1.5 mil + ppv upside for pbc fighters. Their whole business model sucks and so do their ppvs. Can hardly believe anyone would defend them except company men.

Easy fix, be transparent in regards to the amount of money the fight will generate so the fighters know before hand and know if they are willing to fight for that amount of money… but everything is negotiations and promoters trying to pay the fighters the least amount as possible and fighters trying to charge the most as possible is the issue be transparent, but “business”‘doesn’t work that way… business and transparency don’t mix which is sad. I don’t work that way phuck that!

why would he have to leave his promoter to make the fight though? Especially when the promoter was willing to co-promote and even let him fight on PBC exclusively for that Spence fight?

It is weird that I don’t see this horde of hoes saying Charlo should’ve left PBC, but instead Canelo was ducking. Or Tank should leave PBC to fight someone worth sht Etc.

                    Nice strawman argument.

When did Eddie say Benn was a worldwide attraction? He didn't. But what he said here is true. I'm a diehard boxing fan and don't see the appeal to this fight and never have. Their styles don't gel. But the little interest i had to see the Welter division be settled as to who the number 1 is has now evaporated. I don't care if it doesn't happen. The ducking is everything i predicated. It wasn't going to happen. Just like all the other fights being ducked over your end. It was a good fight. Never a super fight or a great one. Anyone trying to sell that little nugget does so out of desperation.

Apart from the biggest promotional company and the biggest turn overs. He has the business of living in your head and having you obsessed with him to an extremely dangerous level.

We all live in your head to be fair. Which is surprising considering how small your head actually is.
