You talking about when he uses the advancing shift? Watch a few Pacquiao fights. He does it all the time. As long as the weight transfer is happening, that doesn't affect power as much as you think. Weight transfer is the main reason Haney's power is lacking. He is much more commonly on that back foot, even with his weight down and "sitting down on the punch" as many places teach it. But because he's carrying his weight back so he can focus on getting out, since he's a defensive fighter, he loses a lot of the power transfer. Still did plenty of damage to Kambosos though. His style doesn't lend itself well to knockouts.

I actually do believe that the best form of leadership comes from a benevolent dictator - the problem is there needs to be a collapse to usher in a dictatorship and also people can't choose their dictatprs and also, even if they start off as benovolent they become corrupt and malignant dictators

by the way - many marriages are run as a microcosm of benevolent dictatorships - there might be discord sometimes, frustration too, certain restrictions, but overall happiness levels and success [however you want to measure that] are reasonably high and part of the reason is because outcomes match expectations.

Much of today's angst, dissatisfaction, frustrations and anger is due to expectations being set far higher than actual realized outcomes. Not only that, even if expectations are partially achieved they are set against unrealistic time frames - so dissatisfaction sets in because 'things are not happening fast enough'.

I don’t think I understand the connection to universal health care or ownership of firearms. People in the United States prefer freedom, and they’ve been like that since our forefathers left European shores to settle here. The recent cultural rise in foul language is attributable to other factors, most notably the aggressive expurgation of Gospel influence from public life.

In addition, let’s not forget the very baneful influence of Muhammad Ali who made trash talk seem cool. But it never was admirable in any true sense. It just showed the power of a clever man with a big mouth to bring a whole culture into the gutter… and how crazy difficult it is to get back out of the gutter once everyone is in there. It’s a lot easier to pollute a clean river than it is to clean up a ****** one that everyone now thinks is a proper sewer.

Agreed, but "puncher's chance" when you consider how Loma sets up the punch to generate power..it's 100% skill. Strategy to get the guy in right location, movement, angles and shot selection to create the opening on top of using the opponents momentum/weight to maximize the impact while transfering his weight etc..
