This could be one of the best fights of the year, maybe the best.

Certainly, the best light heavyweight fight. It won't be a slugfest, because that's not how Bivol fights, not what he wants against the bigger stronger guy.

So it's a classic clash of styles.

“Who knows?” he concluded. “I sparred heavyweights before. Sometimes they have been taller than me, sometimes shorter than me, but they’re big. Hunter…. That was good. That’s what made me say maybe I can do it, eventually.”
This reminds me of when Canelo was talking about moving up to Cruiserweight before the Bivol fight. I like Ramirez, but he needs to calm down and focus on Bivol. Bivol is no pushover and he is a legitimate, credible world champion.

This is an excellent fight with an outcome difficult to predict. We don’t see enough of these.

Zurdo gets savaged. He is in WAY over his head. Bivol is a master boxer. He shut out Canelo and size won’t matter. Zurdo could get KOd

If Ramirez wins 2 rounds I'll eat my hat. Bivol is just a better boxer.

Bivol has good pop, a good jab , a decent chin and has fought better fighters than Zurdo.

Beterbiev would trash Zurdo in 5.
Along with those, his best attributes though are his excellent "feetwork",foot speed and control of distance. The guy is the full package and just beautiful to watch in there. Zurdo isn't on that level and it will show after a few rds like another poster mentioned. Bivol by landslide.

With all due respect for Bivol, I believe there is only one person who beats him. That's Ramirez. I've been a huge fan of Zurdo watched him persevere through the Arum attempt to sabotage him. Zurdo has the intangibles to beat Bivol. He will have his hand raised after a great fight. FOY to those true boxing fans! Go get em champ!

                      People overrating Bivol too much

Only because his fight vs Canelo, Canelo is too small for 175, he looked Bad against Kovalev, that fight was too close before the K.O.

Canelo in 175 is like Chávez in 147, not the same.

Bivol resume is trash, except Canelo, the others fighters he fought are in the same level of Ramírez rivals.

I repeat, Bivol resume is trash, except Canelo. A great fighter but clearly smaller.

                      "Bivol control the distances"

Yeah, but is easy when your rival has shorter arms like Canelo and is not a natural 175.

                      Ramírez has a tremendous reach.

People think Ramírez does not have skills only because he fights slow.

The guy has good timing, he has decent defense, great chin and very good power and a way way better body punches than Bivol.

Bivol throws a Lot of punches? Yes.

Ramírez too, he can throw more.of 800 punches, very different than Canelo that only throw 500 and he has less power than 168 .

Bivol vs Salemov was not brilliant or a masacre, and Salemov is not in the levdl of Ramírez.

Bivol can win but would not be easy, and he knows

both guys sparred a Lot of times and were cruenty wars.
