Spence's side will be forced to give in.
if he doesn't,
Crawford will be forced to concede and sign as is.

this fight is too big to let go at this stage of negotiations.

'Bud' was not going to sit around like a chump, rusting away for a year. PBC knew very well that Terence was going to fight in December for months, and they kept delaying. What the public is seeing is that Terence Crawford is not your puppet, he is his own boss, free and independent.

Crawford had to be negotiating Avanesyan, while negotiating with Spence! I'm pissed at them both! Not only because they didn't face each other, but that it seems neither one of them want smoke with Boots! Crawford could've at least chosen Vergil Ortiz Jr.! Hopefully Spence changes his mind and fights Boots, but I doubt it!

LOL Haymon will sell Spence to Canelo at 164 before Spence goes to 154 (not ONE big money fight in the division and several dudes who are bigger and can probably beat Spence) if there is no Crawford fight. Yeah, it's Crawford fault Charlo and Benavidez aren't fighting dangerous fights either. Funny how you can't make dangerous fights with those 3 and they are the 3 Haymon has put in deals for Canelo but I'll pretend it's Crawford's fault too. Spence is fighting Stanley. No way in hell he allows Ennis IBF mandatory to activate. Ortiz's team already turned down Crawford. Since they were previous mandatory, they could easily petition for the mandatory again but they aren't.

Well, if Spence is still sending revised contracts, I can see why Crawford has a problem and made the decision he made. I’m still very disappointed the fights off.

In my opinion, both are at fault and I couldn't care less about the details. It was naive of me to think that the sport of boxing would improve the way fights get made, and not 'marinate' too long to the point of being past their expiration date when the fights are finally made. Obviously, it's still not too late (yet) to make the fight in the spring, but I am completely done supporting either one of these guys going forward. Obviously the fact that neither one couldn't give a **** less about my opinion, or any other fans' opinions is not lost on me, after all they're still getting paid, but it's getting harder by the day to continue to be a fan of this great yet frustrating sport.

it wouldn’t bother me at all if Spence-Crawford never happens. I’m much more interested in seeing Wilder against anyone, Bivol-Berbetiev and Davis-Garcia.

No one will ever know who to blame until you revealed all the details that went through in those negotiations. Both sides would be blamed. It takes two to tango.

None of us know what’s in the contract. Doesn’t look like they will ever come to terms which is unfortunate for fans and the sport. Crawford was offered a plan-B for a lucrative fight he should win rather easily.

Going forward I would like to see a Spence v Thurman fight. Let’s see what Thurman has left once and for all. A win over Thurman gives Spence more negotiating leverage than a win over Avanesyan.

There is always a chance Spence/Crawford happens at 154. Charlo won’t fight either of them so he will start dropping belts one by one just like Taylor.
