A fighter can say they agreed to everything on a basic level, doesn’t mean their team didn’t find a way out of the fight, like AJ’s team just did with “commercial rights” issues.

Just like Spence’s team can say they offered this and that but there might be clauses in there that make it difficult.

I’ve been saying this fight is not happening soon. It’s a shame because Bud is 35 now. His resume is still pretty weak too. Spence has fought the better opposition so we know he isn’t avoiding tough fights.

I’m a bigger fan of Crawford as a fighter but I wouldn’t say he’s ever shown huge desire to fight the very best fighters out there.

He’s in negotiations with Spence still. It’s a stay busy fight that has a big check attached to it. Pretty simple. He’s not going to take a big fight, that pushes the Spence fight even further away.

I think Spence had zero participation in the negotiations.
He relied too much on attorneys representing his case even when things were not going well.
I also think Haymon didn't want this fight, wanted it to go away and wished Crawford and Bomac
just disappear. He didn't like them, "To hell with the superfight."

Then again, Crawford needs to backup his claim and present evidence,
which is not hard to do, eg, details of the contract which his team may have acquired, etc..
