Jack the Rippuh to say Gatti is a bum, is completely uncalled for. Just because he doesnt posses heaven like boxing skills does not mean he is a bum the man is a 2 time champ at 2 different weight classes and has never taken the full count of 10 from any opponent and it most certainly wont be PBF.

Gatti is what is great about boxing, if we had a dozen of Gatti's in the sport it would probably be the most popular sport in America, maybe the world. If we had a dozen PBF in boxing, wait we already do....and that is whats wrong with the sport

All in all your the bum my man, get your facts straight

I slighty agree ThunderGatti, Gatti isn`t a bum. He just isn`t world class.

I'd say his skills hit par. I wouldn't say he's a complete bum. If Ward, Leija, Dorin, Ruelas, Branco, Gamache etc were subpar, well he did come out on top.

And for the people who say look how Gatti performed against the Golden Boy, Oscar stopped him early and PBF will do the same. Wrong!!! The facts are Gatti moved up im weight to fight Oscar and Oscar proved to be too big. Now look at the facts, PBF is moving up in weight to fight Gatti. I see Gatti beefing up the day of June 25 and his thunderous left hook will inflict major damage on the body of mayweather and his face.

For the people who say Gatti has had no competion, he fought a journeyman in Ward, let me tell you something, Mickey Ward has more heart than Mayweather ever will have and then some. Branco was a game opponet, you people seem to underrate him a lot for reasons unknown, Dorin is a good fighter, fought Spadafora to a draw, Gatti was too big for him, and Leija, well Gatti shoulda fought Bojada (who I see this board puts him on the list of the the future superstars of the sport) but Leija beat Bojada. So Gatti gets Leija and Leija gets KO'd

And what really pisses me off is that the peole who say Gatti should retire after this fight win or lose. I say to that simply, bull****!! This man this the only light in boxing today. After Mayweather he goes to fight maybe a Witter ,and a few other than, Vivian Harris, Zab Judah, and hopefully punish that Cotto fool!!

                LONG LIVE ARTURO "THUNDER" GATTI

Gatii is no bum, I think that he has been making people look like bums.
                  But
Hou do you mean that we already have a dozen PBF's in boxing. That is crazy. I only know one undefeated master boxer. If you want to put up Bernard Hopkins or James Toney, than maybe we have three master boxers. If you want to put up Roy Jones, which you can't anymore than maybe we have two boxers with amazing physical gifts.
PBF is the only one with the physical gifts and the master boxing.

Jack the Ruppuh here you go -

First of Tracy Harris Patterson, Gabe Ruelas, Lenoard Dorin, Wilson Rodriguz. Branco in my opinon was a game opponet to. I just thought there was no need for Leija, but the man upset Bojada so I guess you could make an argument for the fight but the first 4 are there.

Reguardless everybody underplays Gatti's ability, hell people were sayin he'd lose aginst Dorin, so I will never count Gatti out, and that is why I am picking him to win against PBF.

And to reply to the person who ask about my comment on the 12 PBF in boxing today, it is a reference to the attitude, heart, and dedication of PBF, the man has all the talent in the world and does not fight like it. Maybe that is why Gatti fights the way he does, b/c he not as gifted as PBF but he makes up with it in heartand people would rather see a guy who gives his all like Gatti instead of a half assed effort like PBF does.

Yawn this thread is getting boring. Mayweather only needs a half ass performance to beat Gatti. I beat he would have had harder sparring sessions that a Gatti fight.
