I'm not sure what to think of Haney. Chips fell in place b.c of Teo and Loma's buffoonery. People complain about Lara but put him in with pressure fighters like Hurd and Angulo, no holding, just fighting his way out of pressure. Haney is more of a hug festival. I think Shakur will beat him down the road. They could flip flop Barring any issues, Shakur should be the class of the generation.

Possibly because all of those other guys had absentee fathers.

We also know what Tank does to people who hug and hold as Huggies does. Tank will steamroll Huggies.
You don’t understand that this a bad style matchup for Tank Davis. Gervonta likes to fight on the outside and so does Haney.

However, Haney can do that because he’s a lot taller with a longer reach. Also, both are counter punchers.

Davis likes to set traps in order to time his opponents coming in but Haney is too ring savvy to fall for any of them.

The fact is if the smaller fighter doesn’t take any risks then Devin would do a real paint job on him with his jab.

Lastly, Davis’ punch volume and work rate are way too low to compete with Devin Haney.

The key in defeating Haney is throwing a high volume of punches, cutting off the ring and smothering him on the inside in order to neutralize his spacing and distance.

I am sorry but landing only single punches from the outside on Devin Haney won’t work. He’ll make adjustments.

            This is a fair assessment
