Just how good is Fury's chin

You created a thread about the man's chin. He needed 21 seconds to recover from the 2nd knockdown, that's a fact. And yes, Tyson did KO Douglass as that was a very long count.
it was literally 9 seconds i counted all the time.. ref doesn't start the count until the fighter gets in a neutral corner
same argument that people use that Tyson should of won against Buster...its a what if? Fury beat the shyt out of him in 3 fights, we know who the superior fighter is
Fury soundly beat Wilder the 2nd and 3rd time in a fight he significantly outweighed his opponent. They're heavyweights so weight shouldn't matter.
But don't come gloating about his chin when you consider all the above.
David Tua has a better chin, imo.Comment

This dude has just tried to reshape the argument
From the time Furys back hit the ground until the time the ref said fight, 21 seconds had elapsed
That's a foul!Comment

Him and Wlad hardly threw punches.
You Fury fans rated Wilder as highly as you all rate JCC jr.
Whyte and 12L are shlt.
More so 12L.
Would not be considered punchers in any other HW era.
12L would be on Tex Cobb level
Whyte would be on Ribalta levelComment

It's been a long time since you could hit a guy again the second he's on his feet. Nothing unusual in that KD... he was up before the 10 count and he was tested before the fight resumed.
That's not the same as giving Wilder his corner time, then stopping the fight again. He got lucky in that one against Ortiz.Comment

I've always said the idea of a chin is overrated. There'll be variable resistance between fighters to some degree but in most cases it's whether you see the punch, how you're moving and how you respond afterwards to being buzzed.
The 12th round of the first fight - those punches weren't anything exceptional. One on top of the head while Fury had his feet in a muddle and then a left hand while Fury was already falling backwards.
But the punch Fury took in the last fight was something else. I'll give him 'chin credit' for that one. It did take him time to get his legs again though, just like most people. He dealt with that situation pretty well though.
As for Helenius, that's somewhere between corruption and a medical issue. That's not 'he's got no chin', that's 'he's a punch or two away from brain damage'. He can't possibly fight again.

Wilder just KTFO'd a "Fury sized guy" with his "mediocre punch". What are you talking about? We are talking about punch power not boxing ability. Wilder is N1 and Wlad is top 5 (at least) in history of boxing.
Whyte and Chisora would have been helluva dogs in 90s. They're legit brawlers. Chisora's 12L are mostly close fights.Comment
