You said it wasn't hard for him to build up his upper body right? He always had a big upper body he just added mass to it by putting on weight. You seem to have missed my point that his legs have always been skinny it's not going to change.

If Wilder were even 6'2" he would be a smallish cruiserweight. It always amazed me how nobody but Fury and Ortiz tried to test his chin as guys with this build aren't iron chinned.
I always thought that wilder was at his best, faster and more energetic when lighter. He always had the power, so bulking up won't do much. He got tired faster in his last 2 fights.

Wilder is still big. At 240lbs Wilder would look bigger than most of the division if it weren't for his chicken legs. Making the excuse that Wilder is fighting at a disadvantage at 220 lbs is bs because the guy is still massive.
He's a tall lanky man but he's still massive. His chicken legs make him look smaller than he is but he's still massive. Saying he's in a smaller league than the rest of the division is bs.
