I'll admit I dislike Hearn anyway but he's lowering bar even further here. I'm thankful that somebody leaked the test results to the media because if not Hearn and BBBOC would've covered it up, let him fight and stopped the truth ever coming out.

Hearn is being disingenuous. He wants to sidestep common sense, morality and sporting fairness because of a technicality. Morally we know the fight should not go ahead, because no one wants doping in boxing and he has failed a drugtest that he agreed to take as part of the lead up to the fight. The BBBoC have said they won't sanction the fight because clearly it would be wrong to knowingly sanction a drug cheat to fight. Their rules need a tweak to close the loophole, but there is no way they can give the fight their approval knowing what we all know. Find someone else to sanction the fight so everyone can collect their dirty money or cancel it.
