The initial test was in August. Why the hell haven't they conducted a confirmation test on the B sample yet, given the economic and social magnitude of this fight? The subsequent clear test is meaningless, as Benn could already have gained a significant advantage by then (despite the "experts" claiming this drug wouldn't give an advantage). Its a testosterone altering hormone, morons! Which is why it's banned! Duh!

The B sample can only be used to clear an athlete. It cannot be used as further evidence of guilt because if it tests different than the A sample the whole test procedure is voided
Whyte elected to have his case heard by a tribunal on the basis of the A sample alone - plus evidence from VADA - without waiting for his B sample to be tested. Any athlete has the right to do that. When the tribunal came down in Whyte's favour UKAD withdrew their charge and the B sample was no longer relevant. Like I said, it can only be used to clear the athlete. What's the point of testing it if he's already been cleared?Last edited by kafkod; 10-05-2022, 11:12 AM.paulf
