I will have to say cotto, cuz marg vs. mosley wasnt the usual marg. had nothing to do w/ plaster, IMHO marg looked drugged or mest up before the first round of the mosley fight.

Mayweather?......what TOP WW has he beat?!? or fought?!?!?......Cotto? NO....Marg?.....NO.....Clottey?.....NO.....Mosley? NO......he has to fight a WW to be ranked!!.....not just weigh-in as one!!
