I never take a word that comes out of Fury's mouth at face value - man might be a world champion boxer but he's a super elite braggart and bulls hitter.
That said if he really does fight Zirconium Boy when a Joshua fight is even a possibility it really is pretty fkn lame. Shit there's gotta be 20 better Heavies he could find.

I won`t support that sh.it.
"I can`t get Joshua or Usyk for for december...so I will fight Charr". Lol, ok, Fury.

Fury plays the game just as well as Mayweather if not better. The difference is Fury will take on all top level opponents that can bring in an audience. He should have gone after Usyk or Joshua immediately. It was smart for Usyk to pass, someone his size really should rest after fighting these giants. As for Joshua, It’s hard to see if it really was the television agreements or simply not wanting the fight. Tyson obviously wants a tune up before facing rested top opposition.

Kudos to all the posters on here who, unlike me, never bought into the Joshua/Fury fight happening and said that this fight was the one Fury and his team was going to settle on from the start. I truly thought dollar signs and golden opportunity was going to see Fury and Joshua fight. I fell for it. I am glad others of you are not as gullible as I am. Fury deserves his street cred for his wins over Wilder and the complete domination of Whyte. But he has announced two retirements, refused to give Usyk the time he wanted to heal up when it was just a difference of a few months for an unification fight, now claims Joshua and his team, coming off two losses and with no real clear path to a championship, was the one that caused this to fall apart.
If Fury fights Charr then squares off against Usyk, I am good. He can have an easy touch after the wars with Wilder. He has earned it. But if Unification never happens, I kind of have my opinion who will be responsible.

Tyson Fury if you take Kiltschko & Wilder out of his resume, has fought consistently at domestic to high end European level.
His next fight is at European level.
Anthony Joshua's next fight will be against a opponent more highly ranked.Last edited by PRINCEKOOL; 09-27-2022, 12:23 PM.
