Lately canelo everytime he says he's going to ko or win he jinx himself. 175 is a little too much for him although he's beaten some of those good fighters but there are some that got it like canelo has it in his own weight. But canelo likes good challenges and wants tough opponents so let's just watch a great fighter attempt his desires

Canelo vs Charlo should be next.

Then he's going to fight Jake Paul, have one more fight as a farewell to his fans probably in Mexico, and then hang it up.El_Mero likes this.

I have always been adamant, and believed that Canelo Alvarez can beat Dmitry Bivol in a rematch at 175 pounds 'Skill for skill Alvarez and Bivol are not miles apart, and there are areas of Alvarez's game where he is the superior fighter'.
The challenge will be for Alvarez, to force Bivol into fighting in those areas for longer periods of time 'Of course that will be very difficult, but Alvarez has the ability to at the very least make the rematch a more competitive fight'.
Dmitry Bivol beat Canelo Alvarez with his greater levels of endurance, superior level gears and great movement 'Anyone who understands boxing, can analyse the fight and very quickly detect the areas that gave Canelo Alvarez great difficult to compete'.
Note: Canelo Alvarez has a by far superior inside game, and defense while on the attack 'So the game plan for a potential rematch is very apparent? Alvarez needs to force Bivol into that specific fighting zone and for longer periods of time during each round. That is how he will win rounds, and accumulate points over the distance'.
But to achieve such a feat, Canelo Alvarez will have to improve his endurance levels considerable 'To enable him to apply more pressure at a higher intensity in the fight. Alvarez does have very good footwork, in terms of? Being able to cut off the ring, with efficiency. But people who have analysed Canelo Alvarez fighting style throughout the years, would have to admit? His footwork and movement is not the most athletic, it is very technically and methodical but? Against fighters such as Floyd Mayweather Junior and Dmitry Bivol, their opponent's need to operate at higher speeds and with more gears'.
To conclude: Therefore, I personally would rather see Canelo Alvarez work his way back towards fighting once again at 175 pounds against the winner of Dimtry Bivol or Artur Beterviev. 'I think this potential matchup is a greater event, and challenge for Canelo Alvarez than the fight vs David Benavidez'.
Stylistically Artur Beterbiev in my opinion, would also be a easier fight to prepare for and fight than Dmitry Bivol 'Yes that fight would have a higher level of jeopardy, but at least? Canelo Alvarez would be competing against a fighter who would more offensively try and engage in warfare. Both Alvarez and Beterbiev's best attributes clash and would create a more violent and action pack fight theoretically'.
Overall those two fights should be the ultimate goals for Canelo Alvarez outside of defending his Undisputed Super Middle Weight titles etc.
