    Deflecting - as usual

Hearn is accused of bribing a judge which is seriously defamatory

If Warren is making a fight with Charr while negotiating a Joshua fight the same time with Matchroom then the worst he can be accused of is wasting Hearn's time and the obvious defense would be that he negotiated a backup fight with Charr in case the Joshua one fell through.

I think OldSkunk must have been stomped on by Matchroom sometime, he is just dripping venemous envy - he's just eaten away by envy - bit like that ranting lunatic AboutFookinTimeToHateOnGolovkin

Yes, but this claim wouldn't go anywhere. Saying Fury is negotiating with Charr isn't exactly scurrilous stuff and Charr himself is the one making the claim - it's reasonable to believe it.

Then there would be so many suits and counters that it would be a farce.

It would be interesting if boxers/promoters started getting held to common business standards. They'd fall so far short of what is acceptable!

But once you start getting litigious it's a dangerous game. Either everyone could follow and things go too far, or you could be outcast for breaking code. ie it's better not to work with the guy who actually goes and sues people.

Matchroom's case against Paul sets a new line in the sand... but it's a line that is still a long way from the usual banter, even if that banter would prompt a lawsuit in practically any other business.
