I haven't showed it much so far, but I AM a Ghost fan. I also think anyone who doesn't like him is either not a true fan of boxing or is prejudiced one way or another(can we say the R word?
). I have actually talked to a black person who liked him. And he also liked Joe Calzaghe btw.
But anyway, as we know Kelly has only been beaten once and that was not really him fighting that night. We all know the facts, so cut the crap-Bernard Hopkins may have been a great fighter (altho I rather wouldn't exactly say "great" but whatever) but no way in hell could he beat THE REAL Kelly Pavlik and especially not at 160!
In the end, lets say a few words about his long awaited fight with Punisher Williams. I think if the same Pavlik that fought Jermain Taylor shows up in the ring on that night, Paul Williams has no chance. Not even a GHOST of a chance.
Why? First of all, because he ain't no big puncher. He may have stopped Quintana, the welterweight 5'9 Carlos Quintana in one round, but he just can't hurt a guy like Pavlik, who is of the same size and hits twice as hard as him and has fought his entire pro career at 160 and once above.
Thats what I think.
