We also have to ask why an expecting mother who already has a child, was on MLK at nearly 2 a.m. Those questions should never go unasked. It's great that she's seeking jail time and not just a settlement like most would. She has a case here.
Why does that matter? There is nothing to suggest she was breaking the law.

Why would we have to ask that? It's completely irrelevant to the case.

Still, it is a bit tiresome, their bad behavior.

I'm assuming he panicked and took off.
Now he has to pay the price.
I'm assuming he was lit and didn't want to get hit with a DUI.

Hopefully they throw the book at him for this and for beating up his ex in public.

What a horrible excuse for a human being.

not much more will happen here. judge can get rid of the plea deal but the prosecutors don't want to do the case or go after Davis. similar to when the judge rejects a plea deal from a cop.

the prosecutors are the drivers in this process.

are the prosecutors going to go to businesses in the area and get more footage? are they going to the bar/club Davis was at before to get evidence about him drinking? no and no. the prosecutors are making it a weaker case.

It's no secret how the law treats people of color. He did what anyone would in a state of panic.

Davis, the prosecutor, and 3 out of the 4 victims reached an agreement.

                  This lady's just being a *****.
Lmao damn dude since when is running a red light an accident? The lady was pregnant and hurt and all you can think about is the color of Gervonta's light skin classic supremacist mentality. Let me guess Gervonta's hand accidentally gripped his baby mommas neck at a celebrity basketball game too. Good fighter but terrible person and it's there to be seen on video as well. You are full of excuses the moderators need to change your name to "Lack of Boxing IQ".

It matters because I fuckin said it did! And it mattered enough for you to quote me, so be more aware of your OWN responses first. Got it?

Again, why in the HELL is a mother of one who was also pregnant at the time of the incident on MLK at nearly 2 a.m.? Any adult with some sense knows most of the foolishness happens after midnight, or 9pm in most cases.

That was a question I wanted an answer to. Being the clueless little fucktard you are, you gave zero input and didn't realize you were too ****** to engage with some type of sense. Again, answer the question or move on.

If I were the father of one or both of those children, I'd be asking some hard questions. People are ****** out here but there's a thing called "individual accountability," something you fools are rushing to absolve people from.

Again, who ever said she did something right or wrong? Yes, Tank was/is ****** for what he did...he broke the law in more ways than one. However, I asked a simple question about why she was there- pregnant and all at close to 2 a.m.?

Since you can't seem to answer my initial question, I'll give you some homework...name a "safe" area under the name Martin Luther King (especially in the inner cities) and I'll shut my pie hole.
