Not sure why it’s necessary to drag the accusations against Romero - which did not lead to any charges - into this story about Davis. In fact, it’s not necessary at all: just note when Davis and Romero actually fought and leave it at that.

As bad as many want him to pay for this incident- he probably wont. He will walk- sadly.

We also have to ask why an expecting mother who already has a child, was on MLK at nearly 2 a.m. Those questions should never go unasked. It's great that she's seeking jail time and not just a settlement like most would. She has a case here.
