the damn Judges job is not to play jury, prosecutor, & executor!

the District Attorney office deemed the agreement to appropriate, that is all that damn matters!

Judges don't have to accept plea deals.

You can ask for a plea bargain, but the prosecutor can choose not to plea bargain with you. If you agree on a plea bargain, it must be approved by the Judge. Only the Judge can decide your sentence.

This is a misdemeanor so I don’t see tank’s career being overly effected by this however I am now quite certain that eventually tank gets himself into something that’s going to be more serious that wil harm his prime years at the very least. He just strikes me as the type who can’t overcome “the block” mentality. You can never blame a man for his upbringing and the world he was born into but at some point a man must make a decision to grow and be more than what he was and he has all the opportunity in the world to do that and seemingly just doesn’t want to. I hope I’m wrong but experience tells me that tank is going to get himself into some real trouble eventually..and waste his talent

Being black doesn’t mean you get a pass to break the law. Poor post here mate. Tank was wrong, dead wrong, and was a coward for driving off. He shouldn’t have legally been driving anyway.
