Comments Thread For: Hearn: I Expect Wilder To Win, But It's Winnable Fight For Helenius

Deontay Wilder was seemingly on top of the boxing world just a few short years ago. With ten successful defenses of his WBC heavyweight title, the Alabama native began moving into rarified air.

Very winnable indeed! Fury may have ruined Wilder for good? We'll soon see!

Depends on how much Helenius really wants it or if he knows hes there to lose. He negates Wilders height/reach and has pretty good power, plus who knows how much the last two Fury fights have taken out of Wilder in terms of his ability to withstand punishment.

Most likely outcome is Wilder by KO though of course.

It may be winnable, because Wilder's form is unknown 'And Helenius at-least has some momentum'.

People know what form Helenius is in.

Even when Wilder is in top form, it seems like most fights he has against a solid opponent who can box 'It is winnable for them, in the sense that they can win rounds'.

But winning rounds is only one part of the process, surviving Wilder's power and aggression is another.

Wilder won't have any problems against Helenius, only the fact that wilder can't box; will be a slight inconvenience, expect wilder to splatter H in 4

Agreed. If Helenius is smart he will use his size and strength and try to bully wilder. Wilder doesn’t adjust well to that style, he doesn’t concentrate on the body, he doesn’t jab and move like he did in the firs Stiverne fight. It’s all about what wilder has left after the fury wars

Rooting for Helenius to put Bumsquad to sleep. He has been very hittable since his comeback in 2014 though so it's going to be a very dangerous fight for him. Helenius has good power and he has always been a counter puncher so there is a good chance Wilder will get countered and then it's about how well his chin takes Nordic power.

It should be a short and easy night for Wilder once he loses all those damn muscles on his small body frame.

eddie hearn is really jealous of wilder probably because joshua is in a total loss but wilder should easily beat helenius robert who is not tyson fury
