That's my problem with Charlo! He'll go up for Canelo, but not Benavidez! WEAK!

Charlo wanted to unify at 160 before moving up. He would only move up for Cinnabon because he vacated his belt when Charlo was his mandatory at 160, and he never got to prove that he could beat him. He's already stated that he wants Benavidez at 168 after he either unify or Jermell moves up, then he goes to 168. Hopefully, he fights Janibek soon, then makes the move up.

I don’t know how much more obvious it needs to be that Canelo is avoiding Benavidez because he knows it’ll be a tough fight for him and his weak late round stamina. Canelo fans just aren’t smart enough to see through his BS. Remember (in the link below) not too long ago when Canelo said yes when asked if Benavidez deserved a shot while making the same exact “who have you beat” excuse to not fight Andrade? Now all of a sudden it’s a no for Benavidez? Chump move.
