    Still an interesting fight.

Wilder is an ordinary boxer at best snd AJ wont be able to hold a big Wilder shot. Through all the water under the bridge the fight is still as interesting as it was - just without the hype.

Both have essentially come up short now albeit have had immensely successful careers in prizefighting terms

MATHEW GREER, with a record of 15 wins and 8 losses. That was who Deontay Wilder fought in his 27th Pro fight. Joshua has just rematched an unbeaten 2 division world champion who sits very highly, if not top, of the P4P rankings in his 27th Pro fight.

Joshua is not as good as some ppl make him out to be but he's fought unbeaten world champions, he's fought Povetkin, Whyte, Klitchko. He's in there and he's doing it, Wilder can say what he wants, he wasn't doing fkk all at that stage of his career and other than beating Luis Ortiz and losing to Tyson Fury he's done fkk all since. Only other names on his resume you could even deem acceptable around 40 fights in and Joshua has already faced and beat them.

Empty words by a VERY manufactured Boxer.

AJ had to be good enough to beat the opponents he fought. You can hand anyone big fights but they have to have the ability to beat them otherwise you'll get beaten.

Wilder was manufactured by the fact he was promoted as someone he wasn't while fighting bums and struggling with them all the time and ducking every threat out there even though big money was down on the table. No bum has ever had that much put forth to get into a ring and he couldn't do it. Then he cherry picked what he thought was a shot Fury only to get slapped down.

But enjoy your bitterness and jealousy Wilder you deluded turnip.

Not sure why people are even asking him about Joshua. Joshua won’t get past fury who will knock him out. Wilder is either the 2nd or 3rd best heavyweight of the last decade with fury being the best. Wilder and Usyk should fight to see who the 2nd beat is as wilder will never beat fury, he’s just too big for wilder

Poor Deontay. Maybe he was wearing a cap that was too heavy for his brain.

I think its people who make delusional comments like these that boxingscene publishes articles like these for. The comment sections of Internet boxing articles attract fringe characters like this who aren’t really interested in being fans and spectators of the sport but are more interested in using the fodder of the sport to create their own narratives instead of just accepting things as they are in general. These people are the vast minority and amplifying fringe perspectives like these by even publishing articles like this does nothing to help promote and grow the sport. And whatever residual benefits it does for the website are nominal at best. Its the Skip Bayless model of sports media journalism that it seems you’re going for. Its good at bringing out the crazies but does it help bring more fans and more interest to the sport and the actual events? I highly doubt it.

You sound just as delusional as Wilder. Wilder is a two time in a row knockout victim.

Quite the eloquent novel you’ve posted however, unless you care to disprove the accurate statements that I made, I don’t care to read it. If you feel it’s a false narrative, state why, otherwise you’re just coming off as a sensitive whiner with no actual knowledge of the sport.

Ah yes. So you "cash out" against a fighter who offers no belts and peanuts financially?!? Makes sense......
