Comments Thread For: Wilder on Joshua: 'They Made Anthony Joshua ... They Gave Him Everything'

For Deontay Wilder, Anthony Joshua is as synthetic as they get. The former WBC heavyweight titlist from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, suggested in a recent interview that he believes the achievements in the career of London's Joshua have largely been manufactured, saying, in essence, that there is more

AJ has been manufactured to a T and the first of the recent batch of Olympic fraudulent medalers. Even Eddie Hearn defends him as "not being manufactured" lol. Eddie did a great job...but I have no idea why they fought Usyk. Usyk baited them then came with all his weapons and took his head.

Wilder can't talk, he wasn't manufactured but his management team failed miserably protecting him far too heavily. He should have jumped at the Whyte fight back in the day. His management clearly had no faith in him, Took a very sly Fury coming out of the depths of hell to snipe him off.

He does have a good point about the celebrity status of Joshua. Dude was everywhere on everything. Once you become mega famous like that things change. You probably dont care for being hit as much because you are already mega rich. Hunger probably fades in training. A lot of "yes" men around. It does sound however like he is a little jealous that he couldn't attain the same status.

        Wilder is a ****** ****.

He was offered the fight with Wlad. His people thought he was too green for it.

The only reason he fought Fury was because he thought it would be a quick cash grab against a shot fighter.

He made his name knocking out journey men and is trying to act like a warrior because of a cherry pick gone wrong.

Pretty rich coming from a guy who was 41-0, 6 title defences deep and a decade into his pro career before he had to step up to elite level.

and Wilder was fed bum after bum. He beat a weak champ and milked it for years. At least I've heard of the guys on Joshua's resume.

I mean is it really a debate that Aj was clearly never as good as people tried to pretend he was? The guy had every physical advantage against both Ruiz and Usyk and went 1-3 against them. Not to mention he’s mentally fragile which is never a good thing for boxers.

Eddie Hearn promoted Joshua and Shelly Finkel manufactured the Wilder myth but that is their purpose, that is their actual job.

They looked out after Joshua, but have you been living under a rock? The general consensus here in the U.S is that you were taken care of also.
You were both given an easy path in the beginning of your career's, but at some point there after you both had to earn your strip's.
I believe that you can beat Joshua in a fight fair, and square that said you don't need to be making any idiotic statement's.
Which make you sound like you don't know your own historical beginning's in the sport of boxing, they thought that you weren't going to amount to much.
You proved them all wrong, and given us some of the most exciting, and entertaining fight's throughout all of the annals in the history of boxing.
So concentrate on rebuilding your career, because you both have some rebuilding to do in your career's, you in the U.S., and Joshua in the U.K.
