The best champions don't beat bums 95% of their career and they also move up in weight before the age of 40.

Actually 95% of almost any guy's resume is against the good/not great fighters out there. GGG steamrolled practically 10-15 of those guys. Very impressive imo. I agree on moving up but his money fight was always Canelo so timing wise it didn't make sense to move up.

What about Hagler?

I personally feel he is overrated. He made his name off of fighting smaller guys like SRL, Duran and Hearns. He couldn't beat SRL and went life and death with a fat Duran.

GGG:
-Establish the jab early.
-Force Canelo on the back foot.
-Dictate the pace of the fight.

Canelo:
-Work the body.
-Control centre ring.
-Avoid staying on the ropes.

Let's be real, GGG can't win this on the cards. The first two fights and the Bivol fight prove you have to take 9 rounds off Canelo just to squeak out a marginal win. If you win 8 rounds you get a draw, if you win 7 rounds you lose the fight.
