No, both guys have been working tirelessly in the gym to get fit while conditioning themselves as the negotiations were sorting itself out. Now the hard part kicks in; The promotional side.

Which is why they are going have to create enough interest with the casual fan in order to help sell this fight. From what I am hearing neither guy is receiving a guarantee.

They are both getting paid a percentage of the fight's gross; Which is why it is very crucial and important for both of them and their teams to help sell and promote this fight to the buying public.

Only person making the offers in this negotiations was Al.Those fights didn’t happen until Al got involved. Now the only promoters not making these type of fights is GBP. They are bad for boxing. PBC makes big fights.
