Imagine being serious about fighting Canelo but also admitting to turning down the fight. PBC ever letting this guy go to DAZN to fight Golovkin is a fantasy too. They wouldn’t even take Andrade on their own turf.

Yeah it’s true, David and Charlo fighting nobody’s until Canelo picks them. The worst part is the fans, there are still weirdos on here defending that strategy. Canelos resume in his last 10 fights is better than the combined best opponents for Charlo, Benavides, Andrade for their ENTIRE career, that’s hilarious. That’s why UFC killing boxing. They don’t overpay their fighters for **** fights and best fight the best. PBC worst of them all

Which Hearn fighters has Eddie matched up on an equal level or worse than Charlo and Benavidez? And make sure you don't pick fighters like Andrade who Eddie did all he could to get big fights by offering ridiculous money to the opposition only to see it turned down. Remember, you can't force a coward to fight. That's how ducking works.

Charlo doesn't have any excuses, he's at 160 and wants to unify before he moves up. The only reason he still wants Cinnabon is because he ducked when he was supposed to fight him. But, it won't be long before he moves up, because Jermell has already stated that he's probably going to move to 160 soon. Then, Charlo will give Benavidez the beats.

I don't see him saying anything about Janibek Alimkhanuly, so he might as well fight Benavidez ASAP!

No, he wasn't a free agent, he signed a co-promotional deal with Showtime/PBC and Lions Only.

It is a shame that they're not fighting better quality opposition.

Benn is building and on the come up. Therefore that fight makes sense. Yildrim was the mandatory.

Fighters are going to have a few here and there like this with Hearn for obvious reasons like i've stated. But mostly they're going to either be fighting the best or looking to fight the best. That is not the case for the likes of Charlo and Benavidez and the rest of the PBC slops. Fights like this is a constant thing with them. When they're offered big fights, they run and fight their bums. Benavidez was offered Callum Smith and Andrade only to turn them down. This bullshlt about him wanting the best is just that... Bullshlt.

It's clear to almost anyone who knows boxing that Canelo is being protected here. The WBC could mandate a David Benavidez vs a Canelo Alvarez fight tomorrow if they so choose and wanted to. Now as far as Jermall Charlo is concerned; He must move up to 168 and campaign there in order to get his opportunity

It's because Alvarez will never give him a voluntary defense or fight him unless he becomes his mandatory. Also, then even if he does become his mandatory challenger there is still no guarantee that Ginger would ever fight him anyway.

He just may as well vacate the title altogether just to avoid him like he did him four years ago with his WBC middleweight title. My hunch tells me that he is avoiding them because they are both good fighters who are undefeated.

He is looking for the one who gets exposed first before challenging either one of them.
