Were amateur boxing not completely rigged Joshua would have never got passed the first round of course. Unified world champ? He beat Charles Martin who took a dive and constantly priced himself out of a fight with wilder. He's been moddy coddled his whole career by match room and he's clearly reached his ceiling which just isn't good enough. Fair play to him he's almost a billionaire but he'll never be an ATG. Only fury and usyk so far have the careers to enter them halls

Cong**** on missing the point. Even if AJ was a C level fighter who only won medals/belts due to the robberies, the reality is that people were not cheering for him as he lost, were they? His popularity was built on success, not on losing fights. He was filling stadiums and selling PPVs while winning fights, not because he was a 'loveable loser' stereotype.

Atlas is great at assessing a fighter.
Years and years ago, when Lemeiux knocked out Ayala on FNF, people were buzzing about him but Atlas on the broadcast was like "No, he's lacking in nearly every area but his punch. I don't see much potential for growth. When he steps up he will get completely dominated."
People here on NSB were saying Atlas was a hater. Freedom and his trolls accused him of being a *** plotting to bring down the white man.
The next year Lemeiux lost to Rubio and Alcine back to back., LOL.Comment

What point exactly did I miss. I simply made the point that without judging payoffs and match rooms pr backing he never would have made it. I appreciate coming late into the sport he's done great things and if he wants to be remembered forselling tickets and making money then fine but history will look at his boxing achievements and what he did inthe ring after usyk fight will most likely haunt him More than any loss

Atlas is terrible at actually accessing a situation though and almost always has it wrong when using situations,I know because I correct him a lot on his channel .Atlas is great at assessing a fighter.

Ruiz had the upper hand in the first fight for multiple reasons the main one was he was active while Joshua was fishing around for an opponent which numerous ones turned down , apart from poor sparring and being in a foreign MSG etc, it was clear in the second fight why he won every round despite excuses with Ruiz weight .
Ruiz is one of the better boxers in the division and Usyk is a great fighter so what exactly are we overatting Joshua on if he won the rematch against Ruiz and defeated the most top rated guys of the era ?
Crazy Teddy at it again .

To be fair, Ruiz isn't just some fat guy. He's got a good chin, reasonable skill and can ****. And Evander Holyfield was a cruiser who made quite a mark in the HW division. Usyk is well-skilled and can out-box many of the HWs out there. But I will say that one thing he won't be able to do is out-**** them like Holyfield did. When you think about it, AJ got KO'd by a Fat Guy, and a Little Guy x 2! I don't think he should fight Fury! I think he should've fought Joyce (if he wins), DuBois, or Bakole, then Fury! I think he will be mentally devastated if he loses to Fury! He needs his confidence restored!Comment

He won't be using steroids like holyfield either
