They fully understand that a boxing audience only has a limited amount of people willing to pay anything, it’s has a ceiling. Therefore if you cut price by a third, it’s very very unlikely you get more than 33% increase in buys. If you half it, it’s extremely unlikely you get a more than 50% increase in buys. Because to get that level of increase, you have to tap into a market not hugely interested in boxing and those probably wouldn’t be willing to even pay $45

Floyd set the ceiling and people payed because they wanted to see Floyd vs Manny, but how they continue the high prices makes no economical sense. Even DiBella said so on Twitter the other day about how 500k is the new 1M. Less people buying are less people watching. Not everyone is getting streams, I'm having a hard time finding one these days.

I think I paid for two PPVs, one was Wladimir vs Sultan ibragimov, the other I think was JMM versus Barrera, a JMM fight anyways.

It is cold in Canada, and I guess it was better than going out.

They were about 15 years ago now, so they wouldnt have been as expensive and YT hadnt hit the scene.

I cant seem to get any fights anymore on Front Row Sports.

Anyways, keeping my fingers crossed that we find Canelo-GGG this weekend.

As far as I can tell it seems to be part of the 1.99 a month (I didnt miss any digits) regular sub over here in the republic of Europoor. I aint complaining.

I like Canelo but I’m no fanboy. I was rooting for Plant when he fought Canelo. I would root for Charlo if they fought. So I’m hardly a fanboy. And I still don’t believe that press row scoring that you posted. I think that’s from the first fight.
