He's a 3 division champion, undefeated, and is rated higher P4P than Spence on 95% of polls.

All Spence has is PBC feeding popular Hispanic fighters to him, while boxing Bud out of the biggest WW fights because he was with Arum.

You could argue Bud should take 45% at the worst and that's only because Spence has all the other belts
