If Joshua accepts 60-40 will Bud Crawford stop pricing himsef out?

Or will he continue to hold up the Errol Spence fight with his financial demands?

If Devin Haney and Joshua can accept B-side status in order to get fights made then it is a bad look for Crawford not to do the same.

Especially since he is not much of a draw.

Bud vs Spence should be 50/50. PBC feeding Spence a steady diet of inferior fighters doesn't make him more appealing to those with discernment. Bud is undefeated just like Spence and dispatched of Shawn Porter while Spence struggled.

Contrast this with AJ being a 3 time loser and Fury being the undefeated lineal champ who destroyed Wilder. Totally different situations and a poor comparison.

        Joshua has filled huge stadiums.

Errol Spence had 47,000 people in attendance to see him and Mikey Garcia.

Crawford can't draw like that and even his own promoter said he was losing money on him.

Crawford is a free agent and you don't see any promoter making huge offers or competing against each other to sign him but he thinks he is worth more than what people want to pay to see him.

The fights with the good match ups that take the imagination of the fans are the ones that sell and a Crawford/Spence fight will sell well.

Plus there is no where else for Crawford to go to make that type of purse. About the only other fight is a Charlo fight but that is unlikely to happen.

Spence-Crawford is far more likely to happen

              Crawford seems delusional so no.

                He does seem delusional, unfortunately.

Mikey Garcia PPV value > Spence < Crawford guarantees, Hall of Fame status

Spence > PPC contemporaries at 147 < General Public don't care about them

Canelo and AJ > Mikey Garcia > Spence and Crawford drawing power.

Crawford Statues and Ohama #s = Spence's lower guarantees and declining PPV numbers without a Mexican

                  Crawford = Spence

Make the fight. Crawford is a free agent like Canelo. No more excuses.

Purse splits aren't based on P4P or on potential Hall of Fame status.

We can't ignore the actual sales numbers just because Bob Arum couldn't promote Crawford in a similar way to Spence.

If Joshua can humble himself and accept 60-40 then Crawford damn well better do it too. Otherwise it's his fault that we didn't get this fight.
